Opening Date of Museum 2012 - April 1st
The Museum will officially open on Sunday the 1st of April
Time 10am - 5pm
Mammoth Book Sale - Saturday to Monday April 7th-9th 2012
Time 11am - 5pm
All Books will be sold at Half Price! so come along and find some terrific Bargains!
Admission to Book Sale Only:- Adults and Concessions £1 - Children Free
Every year, Ramsey Rural Museum, starts the new season off with its Mammoth Book sale. This has become a popular annual event, which attracts people from all over the area. So why not come along and spend a couple of hours browsing, who knows what you might find !

This event is Hosted in conjunction with Cromwell Veterinary Practice, and will be a fun day out for all animal lovers.
Attractions include:-
- Dog Agility and obedience displays
- Fun Dog show (enter your 4 legged friend for £1)
- Other Animal attractions

The Museum will have a variety of plants for sale, at Bargain prices, grown and kindly donated by the Volunteers and the local public.

This will be the culmination of a lot of hard work put in by the Members.

MODEL RAILWAY DAY - Sunday August 12th 2012

Opening Time:- 10am-5pm
15+ Model rail layouts, trade stalls, rides on a miniature steam Traction Engine and a narrow gauge steam Railway train!

Ramsey 1940's Weekend - August 18th - 19th
This year the Ramsey 1940's Group are having their event at the new location of the Old Army Camp Ramsey, it is to be held in conjunction with the Rural Museum.
Admission charge for the Museum will be included in the price of the 1940's Weekend.

Includes Admission to Museum
Opening Time:- 11.00am-5.00pm
This is the Museums best show of the year, visitors come from all over to see this last big event.

- Tractor Ploughing competitions
- Heavy Horse Ploughing competitions
- Vintage Vehicles
- Stationery Engines
- Craft and Trade stalls
- Food Stalls
- Miniature Steam Traction Engine and much more
