What's On 2014

EVENTS 2014

Monday 21st July

Ancient Threads. Come and learn about the production of textiles in the past and their importance. Have a go at creating a braid to take home using techniques that have been used for thousands of years.

Tuesday 22nd July

Bygone Beasts. Discover some of the weird and wonderful creatures that lived in the fenland area at different times. Help us to create a public 3D collage that brings them back to life! – travel around and add to large collage(s) then at the end of the summer, animate them all roaming, sliding, fluttering through their landscape. This will become available on the website (via YouTube).

Help us create a public artwork that will be added to as it moves around the region. While you're with us, find out about the production of textiles in the past and their importance.
